What happens if Iā€™m running late?

Arriving late cuts down on your valuable treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end on time in consideration of the next client. We will always accommodate as much of the appointment time as your late arrival allows.

What happens if I cancel?

To hold a reservation, you must provide a valid credit card. We know that life can be busy and full of the unexpected, so if you must cancel your treatment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

All same day cancellations and no shows will result in a full charge of the appointments original service cost. To avoid this charge you must provide us with 24 hours notice! Thank you in advance for respecting our time away from our kiddos!
